Frances is a registered nurse with
RIPRN training and midwife with 33 years’ experience. Frances has significant
rural and remote clinical, management experience including flight nursing
for fixed and rotary wing retrieval, emergency nursing, primary health centre
care including primary response via hospital-based ambulance, remote practice
with previous sexual and reproductive health endorsement and was a PAP smear provider.
Frances now focuses on rural and remote education, leadership development and
is a doctoral student researching the development of positive practice
environments and improving workplace culture.
Frances is credentialed as Rural
& Isolated Practice RN, a Member - Australian College of Nursing and is
credentialed to provide Kirkpatrick program evaluation, Neurolinguistic Programming (Master training with performance
coaching), System of Self Leadership (including meditation).
